If you would like to return your purchase please notify us within 14 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your invoice number with the reason, which item(s) you are returning and whether it's for refund, exchange or replacement. Should there be an issue, e.g. damage, please send an image(s) that shows the issue clearly.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your purchase arrives either defective or damaged we will be happy to exchange this.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will dispatch replacements/exchanges within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed and your original payment method will be credited. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 10 days to be credited.
We unfortunately do not offer free returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.
When posting your item(s) we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, for example, using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Service. This is because the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them safe and sound.
