Our COVID-19 Information Statement
As a small family run shop, every order means the world to us! Your support, particularly in these difficult times, helps keep us trading - thank you!
We know that things are a little confusing and so we have put together this information to help answer some common questions:
Orders - We are taking and shipping orders as normal. We are aiming to get all orders out in 24 hours but on some occasions there may be a delay.
Deliveries - Most deliveries are still arriving within their designated time frames, however, Royal Mail second class may take up to 7 days to arrive as opposed to the usual 3-5 days.
Stock - You may find that some items are not coming back into stock as quickly as usual. This is because some of our suppliers are experiencing disruptions to production. If there is anything you wish to ask about please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update and estimated delivery date.
Lastly, we want to reassure you that we are taking all precautions we can, with regular hand washing and sanitising between parcels. Also, all parcels are packed by me (Christie) and I am managing the stock room exclusively.
